This role involves supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) in preparing, evaluating, and implementing clinical research studies to advance clinical practice. The RN will serve as a primary coordinator and project manager for research studies with varying levels of complexity. Key activities include assessing operational feasibility, developing budgets, preparing IRB documents, creating data collection tools, identifying and enrolling subjects, collecting and documenting patient data, and assessing patient status. The position also involves planning and evaluating educational programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and coordinating study activities such as specimen collection and processing, and investigational product management. Collaboration and communication with sponsors, CROs, research sites, and the multidisciplinary team are essential.
