Vancouver Clinic is hiring an RN Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our Medical Affairs team. In this role, you will support quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement activities across the organization. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, investigating clinical events and patient safety concerns, tracking quality indicators, preparing reports, and collaborating with providers and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and support a culture of patient safety. RN Clinical Quality Coordinator has the potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps). Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
