About The Position

This role involves directing clinical programs, establishing evidence-based policies, and serving as a subject matter expert for nursing staff to optimize patient care standards. The coordinator will develop, document, and oversee individualized patient care plans and advanced therapy programs, ensuring seamless clinical compliance. Additionally, the role includes spearheading the procurement and allocation of medical resources and specialized equipment, and leading multidisciplinary nursing teams while managing clinical documentation to meet regulatory benchmarks.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors in Nursing
At least 2 years of Spine/Ortho experience preferred
