About The Position

The RN Clinical Program Manager for the Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA, is a Full-Time position working 8-hour Day shifts. This role leads, manages, and holds overall accountability for the Stroke Program. The manager provides direction to the clinical and operational activities of the program in alignment with Providence Little Company of Mary South Bay Mission, Core Values, and strategic goals. The position focuses on creating an environment that promotes a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, aiming to achieve operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Clinical Program Manager collaborates with department directors, leaders, and caregivers as the subject matter expert for the program's care and quality, assisting nursing, medical providers, and ancillary staff in delivering quality care outcomes. Responsibilities include monitoring the program's bundle performance, tracking and reporting quality measures and the impact of care delivery, leading interdisciplinary teams towards excellence and continuous quality improvement, and supporting efforts in error reporting and reduction, physician and nurse support, enrichment, and satisfaction through needs identification and action plan development. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License Upon hire
  • Certification in area of specialty (Facility Managed) Within 1 year of hire
  • 5 years of Clinical Registered Nursing experience in acute care setting.

Nice To Haves

  • NIHSS certification Within 90 days of hire
  • Master's Degree in Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program
  • 1 year of experience in leadership role.
  • Experience presenting information and training materials to various sized groups

Responsibilities
