About The Position

Home of the Innocents is seeking a dedicated RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight within our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. In this role, you'll support nurses and nursing assistants, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for residents with complex medical needs. As the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents of the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. You'll support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and help maintain regulatory compliance while promoting positive health outcomes for children and young adults with complex medical, developmental, and physical needs.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Kentucky RN license
Associates of Nursing or BSN
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

Charge nurse, clinical supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
Experience working with medically complex patients preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nurses and nursing assistants to ensure quality and compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RTs, therapists, physicians, and social workers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide leadership and problem-solving support during assigned shifts
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development
Deliver hands-on nursing care when needed to support resident care
