Requirements
- Active RN license
- 2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment plus team leadership skills
- A “roll up your-sleeves” leadership style
Responsibilities
- Lead daily nursing operations and clinical excellence.
- RN Clinical Educator to include training, interviews, orientation, team development & growth
- Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
- Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are done right, every time
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes
- Manage staffing, quality, and compliance
