About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Nurse Educator for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating specialized educational programs and competencies for Cardiac Cath Lab staff. The educator will lead onboarding, orientation, and advanced training for new hires and fellowship nurses, serving as a subject matter expert on evidence-based cardiac protocols, emergency interventions, radiation safety, and cath lab technologies. The position also involves ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, DOH, and ACC guidelines through accurate documentation of staff education, and collaborating with Cath Lab leadership to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training initiatives. Additionally, the role supports quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and procedural outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) required
Strong clinical background in Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Cardiology / EP required
Proven experience in clinical education or staff development in acute care settings
Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York
BLS Certification required

Responsibilities
