BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Plymouth, MN Adult Nursing Home Care office. This role involves providing care with the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards, utilizing leadership and mentoring skills to make a difference in people's lives. Requirements

  • Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of MN.
  • Minimum three (3) years recent and verifiable hands on experience as an RN or LPN (preferably in home care).
  • At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing required.
  • Have a Child Abuse Clearance, in states where applicable.
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
  • Solid communication and PC skills.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN/MSN preferred.
  • Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience with field staff, and experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Education of clinical staff, including oversight of a nurse residency program.
  • Lead field staff (RNs and LPNs) in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
  • Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
  • Assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
  • Combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.
