St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Current and valid Florida RN license
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
- One year supervisory experience of like or similar position in hospice preferred
- 2 years successful supervisory experience or equivalent in health care organization
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing required within one (1) year of hire
Responsibilities
- Supervise, evaluate and coordinate the various members of the Interdisciplinary Team
- Directs patient care services for the team
- Serves as patient advocate and coordinator for health care providers in the community who are involved in the care of the team’s patients.
