About The Position

The Clinical Manager is a licensed physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker, or a registered nurse who provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel. Ensures quality of patient care in the home. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family and referring agency. May also be called Director of Nurses, Supervising Nurse, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Professional Services, or a similar title.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college/university with a degree in the discipline of the professional license held.
• Active, state license as a physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, audiologist, social worker, or a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Proof of current CPR certification (if required to make visits).
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in home health care.
• Management experience.
