About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and collaborative RN Clinical Manager – Operating Room (Days) to join Memorial Hermann in Cypress, Texas. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily Operating Room operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced surgical environment. The Clinical Manager will work closely with surgeons, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize surgical workflows, support staff development, and maintain exceptional standards of patient safety and clinical quality. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $89,000 to $134,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to lead within one of Texas' premier healthcare systems.

Requirements

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or active multistate compact RN license in good standing, free of restrictions or disciplinary actions.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of acute care Operating Room (OR) experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of current Operating Room leadership experience, including roles such as: Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager, Director.
  • Current and accurate professional work history documenting surgical services and leadership experience.

  • Experience with Robotic Surgery programs.
  • Experience supporting Neurosurgical Operating Room procedures.
