About The Position

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This full-time Registered Nurse leadership role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive salary, and a sign-on bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants to stay close to client care while moving into a more flexible, office-based leadership role. Rather than the pace of a hospital or skilled nursing environment, this Registered Nurse position is focused primarily on assessments, care planning, clinical oversight, and meaningful relationship-building with clients and families in the community. As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will support high-quality care for clients throughout Union County and help make home care feel safe, personal, and dependable. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to complete assessments, develop care plans, and manage clinical follow-up with confidence
  • Passion for helping clients safely remain at home with comfort, independence, and dignity

Nice To Haves

  • Home care experience
  • Experience in case management, care coordination, or community-based nursing
  • Experience supporting caregivers or collaborating with interdisciplinary office teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and ongoing reassessments as a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager
  • Develop, review, and update individualized plans of care as the assigned Registered Nurse leader
  • Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving services through our Assistive Care State Programs office
  • Complete required Registered Nurse documentation, clinical notes, and care coordination activities
  • Partner with the office team to help ensure services remain aligned with care plans, client needs, and state program requirements
  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for clients who want to remain safe and comfortable at home
