About The Position

Freedom Square of Seminole is an upscale Senior Living Community located in beautiful Seminole, Florida. As a life care community, Freedom Square makes aging in place simple. Residents are able to seamlessly transition from independent living to assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care, as their healthcare needs change. Our Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to organize and oversee nursing operations. We are looking for a committed and patient-focused nurse leader to offer effective and patient-centered care and leadership to the clinical staff.

Requirements

• Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
• Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
• Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
• Great communication and people skills
• Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Valid RN license

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts and evaluates organized orientation and training programs for all newly hired employees which are scheduled on a regular basis.
• Plans the annual and monthly training program calendar in collaboration with other facility management team members.
• Assists in the planning and coordination of training programs for all departments within the facility to respond to identified problem areas, service quality or to teach new procedures or methods.
• Maintains appropriate training records and program material as required by Federal and State regulations.
• Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility.
