About The Position

Plans and coordinates the activities of the Health Care Review, Case Management and Social Work programs. Supports the Director as a liaison between the Medical Staff, third party payors, the Federal Government and other regulatory accrediting bodies as related to Case Management/Discharge Planning issues. Provides day-to-day leadership for staff, policy development and quality improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
