About The Position

This is a per diem/casual, non-benefited position generally working varied days from 8am-5pm, ideally two days per week or more if needed. Hours may vary as needed. No weekends, evenings, or holidays. Training will ideally be full time hours for 4-8 weeks. Located at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. Requirements

  • Prior RN experience
  • Current CA RN License
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and outgoing approach

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Women's Health
  • Triage experience
  • OBGYN and/or Labor & Delivery experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
  • Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
  • Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
  • Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
