About The Position

This role implements and monitors patient care plans, serving as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. The RN will monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, and will note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Additionally, the RN will assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
