Manage post-transplant patients in an outpatient kidney clinic, providing care and coordination for the largest living and deceased donor programs.

- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Triage post-transplant patient calls
- Order and review lab results and escalate when needed
- Schedule testing when indicated (transplant biopsy, diagnostic exam)
- Enter electronic prescriptions
- Clinic prep
- Patient assessments if needed
