About The Position
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation; responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices; collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. We are a Healogics managed, award winning wound care center. We are looking for an RN Case Manager to coordinate and provide care for our patients. It is a full-time position with expected hours Monday - Thursday 0745-1630 and Fridays 0745-1200 +/- depending on patient volumes and clinic needs. New grads are welcome to apply! Requirements
- Graduate of an School of Professional Nursing
- Must provide documented evidence to perform waived testing
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
- Current BLS certification
