About The Position

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI. UW Health is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting. This role involves supervising and managing a team of direct reports at two clinic locations, promoting and supporting onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education, and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care. The supervisor will facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines, serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty. This position partners with the Program Director on strategic initiatives and supports regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • 2 years of RN experience Required
  • RN licensed in the state where employed Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
