About The Position

Leadership roles at UW Health ensure that excellence is ingrained in everything we do to provide remarkable care for patients who come from near and far every day. We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager – Oncology to direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance. This role involves preparing operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates. The manager will utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
  • 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
  • Prior experience in Oncology is preferred.
