About The Position
Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Family Medicine department in Schaumburg, IL. This full-time, day shift position involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, performing phone triage, noting and carrying out physician orders, and administering injections and in-office procedures. The schedule includes Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- 2 to 3 years ambulatory experience or medical office experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Phone Triage in office.
- Note and carry out physician orders.
- Injections and in office procedures.
