About The Position

The RN-Clinic Coordinator operates within a multifaceted healthcare team, including clinicians, LPNs, and CMAs, focusing on delivering comprehensive patient-centered healthcare. Core responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications and vaccines, performing ordered tests and procedures, and thorough documentation to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient histories. This role also entails significant direct patient interaction for education and procedural preparations, enhancing patient understanding and compliance. Coordination with other healthcare professionals is crucial for effective patient flow and management of schedules, including handling prescription refills and managing chronic disease protocols. The position requires adaptability to a dynamic clinic environment, embracing continuous professional development and adherence to updated medical guidelines and compliance standards. At Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Nisswa Clinic, we deliver comprehensive, community-based healthcare designed to support lifelong wellness - while also meeting the immediate, same-day needs of our patients. Serving one of our region’s growing communities, this clinic plays a vital role in expanding access and ensuring timely care close to home. As a trusted destination for preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day acute care, our team is often the first point of connection for patients seeking both ongoing support and quick access when something changes. We prioritize being available when patients need us most - whether for a sudden illness, a flare-up of a chronic condition, or a last-minute concern.
