RN, Charge Preceptor OP Oncology
About The Position
Northside Hospital is seeking an RN, Charge Preceptor OP Oncology. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, an unrestricted Georgia RN license in good standing, American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, and two years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, recent experience in the current clinical specialty, additional life support or specialty certifications, and visual color acuity depending on the role and unit. Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekend and on-call work are not required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Certified in American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Two years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree.
- Two years of recent experience in the current clinical specialty.
- Additional life support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity, depending on the role in specific units.
