RN Charge Nurse Full Time Days
About The Position
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. The position is in a specialized LTAC setting caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions. The nurse provides direct patient care, collaborates with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitors patient progress, administers medications and treatments, documents clinical findings, educates and advocates for patients and families, and maintains compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements
- Active RN license in the position state or a compact state.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
