About The Position
Under the direction of the director, the Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process and facilitates patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulating care plans based on diagnoses, and implementing and evaluating plans of care.
Requirements
- Associate degree.
- Florida Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS or ENPC certification.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care using the nursing process.
- Make nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Formulate care plans based on diagnoses.
- Implement and evaluate plans of care.
