RN - Charge Nurse - Med/Surg - FT Nights
About The Position
Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and department managers, the RN - Charge Nurse - Med/Surg - FT Nights relieves nurses and assists with directing and providing patient care in inpatient areas. This Lead-Relief Nurse will provide support, assistance, and relief for breaks to nurses working within the hospital. They will participate as a member on the Rapid Response Team and Code Blue Team. They will be responsible for quality monitoring to ensure orders are followed, charts are complete, and issues clarified. They may assist with bed control and staffing, including direct admissions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Med/Surg
- Ability to work nights
Responsibilities
