As a Charge Nurse/Care Team Leader, you’ll be more than a nurse—you’ll be a front-line leader shaping exceptional patient care and supporting an extraordinary team.

Requirements

2 years experience in an inpatient unit
2 years of combined work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient unit
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact
Current CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

3 years experience in an acute care inpatient unit
Relevant RN experience with department-specific patient population
National certification in relevant specialty

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted leader and resource for your team while caring for patients with complex, inspiring journeys.
Provide expert care for acutely ill patients, including those undergoing stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy, and end-of-life care.
Partner with management on hiring decisions, patient experience initiatives, and quality improvement projects that drive real change.
Gain specialized knowledge through formal education in hematologic malignancies, oncologic emergencies, stem cell transplant, palliative care, and chemotherapy certification.
Work with cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies and participate in research studies that shape the future of oncology care.
