About The Position
Assist physicians and allied healthcare staff in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilizes knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patients are prepared/educated/supported during procedures. A strong critical care experience to recognize/handle emergency situations. On Call availability is required.
Requirements
- 1-3 years Critical Care experience and or Cath Lab experience
- BLS and ACLS
- EKG interpretation
- NJ RN license required
- IV certification
- excellent communication/interpersonal skills

- Performs well in high stress, fast paced environment
- Diploma/Associates degree required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Cath Lab experience
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN or RCIS is preferred
- Sterile technique, preparing for sterile procedures
