About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires a focus on Care Coordination within an acute care setting.
Requirements
- Current California RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Solid experience in Care Coordination.
- Prior experience with Dignity/Common Spirit is mandatory.
Nice To Haves
- Trauma level experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients.
- Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Utilize the Cerner charting system for accurate patient documentation.
