About The Position

This is a full-time position for an RN Case Manager working a 5x8s schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some weekend work may be required based on staffing needs, and holiday coverage may also be necessary. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, and first-time travelers are not being considered. Experience in acute hospital settings is mandatory, along with specific experience in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties. Previous charge nurse experience is also required. Proficiency in EPIC Case Management and Utilization Review is necessary, as are skills in discharge planning, needs assessment, ordering Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and developing a Plan of Care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Acute Hospital experience required
• Experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, Obs specialties required
• Previous Charge experience required
• EPIC Case Management and Utilization Review experience required
• Discharge planning, Needs Assessment, Order DME, Plan of Care required
• BLS certification
