About The Position
Forest Hill Heights, a premier, all-inclusive senior living facility where residents can live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life, is hiring an RN Case Manager. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with residents to evaluate the medical needs and to facilitate the overall health and wellness of the residents. You will do meaningful work every day, that is heavily focused on administration and paperwork.
Requirements
- Valid RN License in the state of MD
- CPR and First Aid required
Nice To Haves
- Delegating Nurse Certification preferred, willing to put through course for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with residents to evaluate the medical needs and to facilitate the overall health and wellness of the residents.
