Your day to day as a RN Case Manager - Dallas As an RN Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to manage case management files for injured employees within the workers' compensation framework. You will maintain constant communication with all relevant parties to ensure continuous monitoring of progress and strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines. This role entails educating providers and facilitating a smooth return-to-work process, all while documenting proficiently in our case management software. You will develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, acting as a crucial liaison for injured employees. Providing exemplary customer service, you will assist with specialist referrals and ensure optimal utilization of our provider network.
