About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single-level living in mind. Requirements
- Possess a valid Minnesota RN License
- Minimum of 2 year experience
- Limited on-call responsibilities
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Leadership ability
Responsibilities
- Observing, tending to, and documenting resident's health needs including appts., labs, etc.
- Communicating with Administrator & Clinical Supervisor regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns
- Completing Vulnerable Adults, MAARC Reports, and Incident Reports
- Working with Clinical Supervisor to ensure MD orders are processed and performed
- Updating families on any changes to the resident and addressing family or patient concerns.
- Providing tours for potential admits and admitting new residents.
- Addressing and documenting any staff issues that arise.
- Overseeing staff and ensuring all staff are meeting job expectations and requirements.
