About The Position
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment in Everett, Washington. If you have strong acute care and care coordination experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment. This role involves care coordination and discharge planning for patients from neonates to geriatrics, requiring collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines.
Requirements
- Active RN License (pending accepted)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Acute Care Discharge Planning
- Care Coordination
Nice To Haves
- Med-Surg, LLOS, and ED Case Management experience
- ICU and Emergency Department exposure
Responsibilities
