About The Position
We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our Home Health & Hospice team on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast. Requirements
- Current Oregon RN license
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for patient-centered care
