About The Position
Ultimate Home Health Care, a Pillar Health Group Company, is seeking dedicated RN Case Managers to provide high-quality home healthcare to clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Active Texas RN License and Driver’s License
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel locally
- RN License (Required)
- Home Health: 1 year (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OASIS/Kinnser preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, compassionate care in clients’ homes
- Manage diverse client needs with Home Health expertise
- Document care accurately using OASIS/Kinnser
- Respond to PRN emergency calls as needed
