About The Position

Country Manor Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to join their award-winning team. The position involves providing comprehensive care and treatments, leading and inspiring nursing staff, delegating tasks, collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), and educating residents and patients on medical treatments.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of MN
CPR certified
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with new medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with staff, residents, and families
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Previous Case Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and compassionate care and treatments to residents and patients
Ability and desire to lead and inspire a team of nursing staff
Must be able to delegate and multi-task
Collaborate with IDT regularly and effectively
Educate and update residents and patients on medical treatments
