Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Strong patient assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute care or home health nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide skilled assessments and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
