About The Position

The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of residents, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity, and that quality care is provided. This role involves monitoring the daily duties of direct care staff and requires effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. A compassionate drive to meet the evolving needs of residents and their families is essential.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License and in good standing with the state of South Dakota or compact state
• Experience in Healthcare Geriatrics
• Prior management experience in Assisted Living
• Experience with budget compliance
• Knowledge of computer and word processing software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and state regulations for Assisted Living
• Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow written and oral instructions
• CPR Certification
