About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RN Case Manager - Weekend On-Call position in the San Antonio area. This position is an on-call weekend position with specific work hours. The Registered Nurse On-Call nights position includes duties such as Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and performing some assessments are also required.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas
• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to travel using reliable transportation
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years' experience as a RN
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health
