About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RN Case Manager - Weeknights On-Call position in the North Houston area. The Registered Nurse On-Call nights position includes the following job duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required. This position is an on-call night position.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas
• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to travel using reliable transportation
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years' experience as a RN
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health
