About The Position

Step into hospice nursing with real autonomy, steady support, and pay that reflects the work. This field-based, full-time role involves managing a hospice caseload across Victoria-area communities. You will complete nursing assessments in homes and care settings, build care plans with an interdisciplinary team (MD, MSW, chaplain, and CNA), and teach families about pain, symptom, and medication management. Accurate and timely EMR charting is essential, as is participation in a shared on-call rotation with fair coverage. Requirements

• Active Texas RN license.
• Able to work field-based across Victoria-area communities.
• Comfortable teaching families during difficult moments.
• Able to manage documentation in an EMR.
• Ready for weekday and weekend on-call rotation.
• Must live within reasonable distance of Victoria.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience.
• Home health experience.
• SNF, LTC, ER, ICU, or step-down background.
• Bilingual skills.
