About The Position
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position in the North Houston area. The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the following job duties: Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas
- 1+ years' experience as a RN
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel using reliable transportation
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health
