About The Position
An RN who plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. This position services Lancaster and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; ASN; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license in Ohio without any board actions.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Able to travel during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State minimum Automobile insurance coverage.
Nice To Haves
- Two years acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Certification Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred
