Requirements

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problems solving skills.
Ability to supervise staff and work independently.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Must be able to work weekends/holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in elder care, long-term care, or public health preferred.
Working knowledge of state Assisted Living licensing requirements preferred.
