About The Position
Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a full-time RN, Care Coordinator to join their Nursing team. Requirements
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Iowa.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
- Prior care coordinator, utilization review, and/or case management experience required.
