Wentworth Health Partners Cardiology offers expert care in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease to enhance your overall health. We are a full-service practice offering a full range of cardiology services including, general and interventional cardiology, heart failure, interventional procedures, electrophysiology, device implants, anticoagulation management and more. We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN to support our practice located at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover, NH on Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

Associate's Degree Nursing required
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - preferred
Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
