About The Position
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, with responsibilities including patient assessment, monitoring, and procedure assistance.
Requirements
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience in a cath lab setting, including moderate sedation.
- Proficient with Philips cath lab equipment and Merge hemo documentation.
- Navy blue scrubs required, not provided by the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during cath lab procedures.
- Assist with cardiac catheterization and related interventions.
- Provide moderate sedation to patients.
- Document patient information using Meditech EMR.
- Maintain critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
