About The Position

This position will improve the efficiency of patient through put to improve capacity and access to the Froedtert Health System. This will occur through active monitoring and identification of discharge barriers, through-put issues, and resource needs and then collaborate with the appropriate resource. Partner with clinical units, ancillary departments, care coordination, and other departments to facilitate patients movement through the health system.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care.
• Bachelor's in nursing. In lieu of BSN either an additional 3 years of experience or active enrollment in a bachelors program with a defined end date.
• Current state of Wisconsin RN license or a multi-state nursing license from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
• Ability to communicate effective through variable methods (phone, email, instant messaging systems); ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience as charge or lead RN, preferred.
