About The Position

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act.
• BLS must be acquired within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS must be acquired within 30 days of hire.
• NRP must be acquired within 90 days of hire.
• Possesses problem solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• B.S. from an accredited registered nurse program
• 3+ years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Emergency Services required: BLS, PALS, ACLS
• Free standing Emergency Services: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days
